Submission by email from Mr Donald Bower (Noordhoek resident) Mr Bower proposed to have their access road named “Don Michele Lane” as it runs between his property and his wife Michele’s property; and in keeping with the precedent that has been set as per our neighbours access road " Kenali Close " named after Kenith and Anelie Bell. He said that it was difficult to explain to people where exactly their property was located as there were no street numbers on Noordhoek Road, Noordhoek. He added that “Don Michele Lane " had a very pleasing ring to it and would be liked by everyone in the area. Mr Bower asked if the Subcouncil could consider his request. The Chairperson thanked Mr Bower for his submission and informed that the request would be forwarded to relevant departments. RESOLVED that, The request for the naming of the access road in Noordhoek be submitted to the Planning and Roads Departments for consideration. ACTION: SECRETARIAT / PIERRE HOFFA / BRENDON FORTUIN
