RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R20 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7753 Hout Bay with regard to the unauthorised building work and land use (restaurant and childrens’ entertainment area) as shown on the plans drawn by AH Architectural Design & Draughting Services with drawing number WD1000A2119-100 & WD1001A2119-101, both revision A1, both dated November 2022.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
