Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for Councils Approval as per item 162 of the DMS to permit the demolition of the existing building and the redevelopment of the property located within the Central City Heritage protection overlay zone on erf 148975 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C2, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

b. The application for Council’s approval of a canopy projection along Buiten Street in terms of Item 89(c) of the DMS on erf 148975, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C2, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

c. The application for the permanent departures with respect to Item 64 of the DMS (as set out in Annexure A) on Erf 148975, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C2, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
