a. The application for Consolidation as set out in Annexure A of Erven 746 and 748 Sea Point West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C2 and subject to conditions in Annexure A.
b. The application for Rezoning as set out in Annexure A of portions of Erven 746 and 748 Sea Point West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure C1 and subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
c. The application for Permanent Departure as set out in Annexure A on Erven 746 and 748 Sea Point West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C1 and subject to conditions in Annexure A.
