b. The application for deletion of a condition of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 107223 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for the rezoning of a portion of Erf 107223 Cape Town, from Transport Zone 2 to General Residential Zone GR4, as shown on the plan LUM/00/107223, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
d. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 107223 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
