RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 152739 Cape Town at Muizenberg for the unauthorised building work in accordance with the plan drawn by METAFORM Architects, with drawing number 001, dated March 2021.
