That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015 in respect of Erf 11193, Brackenfell.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report except reason below which is amended
2. The extent of the unauthorised building work is relatively significant (67m2) in comparison to the extent of the property [275 m2).
