UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 25 707.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 9795 Constantia, in relation to the building work to 6 buildings close to the Spaanschemat River Road boundary as shown on the plan drawn by Bouwer Architects with drawing number WD-1160 dated 2017-07-24.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
