UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 572.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 6959 Hout Bay, as reflected on the plan drawn by E Kuun & T L Botha with drawing number ALL/LAD/02 dated 2016-09-27.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 5 as follows:
The applicant’s justification for his conduct does not excuse him from compliance with legislation.
