UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 144.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 545 Meadowridge with regard to the bathroom extension on the property as per the plan drawn by Ebun Kuun Architectual Design with drawing number STY/LAD/001 dated 30 October 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
