UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for subdivision of Erf 29878 and Erf 29879, Cape Town at Mowbray BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Subdivision Plan dated April 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The Site Development Plan no. ARCT-HADAMS.SP-100 (dated 02/2016)for Erf 29878 and Erf 29879, Cape Town at Mowbray BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
