UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for subdivision and consolidation of Erven 4585, 4587, 4588, 4591 and 4595 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision/consolidation LUM/16/4585, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
AMEND CONDITIONS:
2.8.2 Either (1) the line of subdivision between Portions 3 and 4 shall be adjusted such that the line of subdivision does not pass through the stables straddling the proposed line of subdivision, or (2) a party wall shall be built along the line of subdivision of the stable building and that a party wall shall be beamfilled to the satisfaction of the local building inspector. (Note that option 2 requires a building plan to be submitted.)
