UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That Vierlanden Dam Park in Boland Way, Durbanville BE DECLARED a free-run dog park for a temporary period, subject to the following conditions:

That a three (3) month trial period (December 2019, January 2020 and February 2020) be commenced with.

That proper signage indicating the basic rules and contact details be erected at the entrance of the POS, such implementation be done simultaneously with commencement of the trial period.

That an effective waste removal system be implemented, such waste removal service be implemented with commencement of the trial period, subsequently serviced and monitored on a regular basis for health purposes

That the concerns raised by abutting residents be considered for futher development of the park and that a possible suggestion box be installed at the entrance to the park.

That a report on the operations at the park be submitted to Subcouncil in April 2020 to make a final decision on the matter.
