That the contents of the report be noted.
FURTHER RESOLVED

That PI Maxine Bezuidenhout be tasked with ensuring additional enforcement in Plattekloof with regards to the taxi encroachment.

That PI Maxine Bezuidenhout be tasked with arranging immediate speed enforcement along Baronetcy Boulevard in Plattekloof with the Speed Camera Unit.

That PI Arno Schronen in consultation with Mr Peter Lourens be tasked with attending to the following concerns of Councillor Andrea Crous (Ward Councillor: Ward 70):

Illegal parking of taxis in Welgemoed.

Illegal parking of Uber drivers at the bottom of Jip de Jager at the Majik Forest entrance.

Illegal traders in Jip de Jager and Van Riebeeckshof.

Illegal use of a yellow line as an additional lane from Carl Cronje Drive to Tygerberg Valley Road

The same happens in Jip de Jager Drive when you pass Eksteen Street in Loevenstein. The taxis use the lane that are only allowed to turn left to go across the street.

Illegal traders at traffic lights in Ward 70 intimidating road users.

That PI Desre Liebenberg be tasked with amending the statistics so that the amount of drunken drivers that were arrested and the amount of speeding violations be indicated in two separate columns.

That Mr Johannes van Schalkwyk (Law Enforcement) be tasked with compiling an intervention regarding the jobseekers appearing along the roads in the Subcouncils jurisdiction.
