Subcouncil 20 to note that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 13(1), the Acting Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor approved the application for the liquor licence received from Ultra Liquors Wynberg, ERF 168459 and 173998, 296 Main Road (Cnr Malton Road), Wynberg, Reference No WCP028130/A:- for the Extension of Trading Days and Hours, Mondays to Saturdays, 18:00 until 20:00 for Consumption OFF Premises.
