An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 9752 Hout Bay in respect of the building work as per the plans drawn by Frank Bohm Studio, with drawing numbers A5.004.5 and A5.004.6, both Revision E, both dated 30-09-2020.
