<strong>Step 1:</strong> Put together your application for funding, providing a detailed summary of why you are applying. </p>

<b>Include in your application:</b></p><ul><li>certified copy of the original death certificate</li><li>summary or explanation of the events that led to the death of the person in question</li><li>proof of residence using a municipal bill, or an affidavit stating proof of residence from next of kin or a family member (residence must be within the boundaries of the City of Cape Town)</li><li>quote from the company organising the funeral, including bank details as the amount is payable straight to the company</li></ul></div></div></span>

<strong>Step 2:</strong> Once you have completed your request, you can submit it by emailing
