Register as a supplier on the Wellness Database
Register on the City’s Wellness Database and help the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Wellness Branch support the health and well-being of our employees.
About
The City's EAP and Wellness Branch encourages all our employees to live a healthier lifestyle by attending to their mental, social, physical and health needs.
The team offers a range of services including clinical assessments, disease screening and prevention initiatives and holds a number of wellness days and physical well-being events during the year.
Service providers who are interested in partnering with the EAP and Wellness should register their details on the City’s Wellness Database.
Please note
You must be willing to offer services at no cost to the City.
How to register
Step 1: Email your details to
wellness.events@capetown.gov.za
Please include the following information in your email:
- company name
- company registration number
- income tax number
- physical and postal address
- VAT number
- up to five business commodities and a description of each
Step 2: Once your email has been sent, you will receive an automated reply to confirm that your registration details have been received.
Step 3: A representative of the EAP and Wellness will contact you when a suitable opportunity arises.
Remember
- All service providers will need to sign a service level agreement.
- The time frame of the partnership is open, and will be subject to a three-month notice period for termination for non-compliance.
