<p>
<strong>Step 1:</strong> Complete the
<a href="https://eservices.capetown.gov.za/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd:portal_content%212fcapetown.gov.za.coct_customisation_folder%212fcapetown.gov.za.z_f_service_registration%212fcapetown.gov.za.z_f_iviews_serv_reg%212fcapetown.gov.za.user_registration" target="_blank">online registration form<i class="icon link-external"></i></a>.<br></p><p>
<strong>Step 2:</strong> Once you have completed the form, you will be sent a username and password which you can use to log into the system.</p><p>
<strong>Step 3:</strong> You can activate the conveyancing service on your account.</p><p>Please ensure that you have your business partner number and all relevant professional information.</p>

<h2 class="sectHeading">Register as an organisation</h2></span>
<p>Complete the
<a href="https://eservices1.capetown.gov.za/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zcur_org_register" target="_blank">online registration form<i class="icon link-external"></i></a> for organisations.</p>

<b>You will need:</b></p><ul><li>a current email address that originates from your organisation;</li><li>a letter of authorisation giving you permission to create an e-Services profile for your organisation (you can use the template in the document downloads below);</li><li>your business partner number; and</li><li>your South African ID, or a passport number and date of birth if you are a foreign national.</li>

<p>You will also need to provide a form as per your organisation type.</p><p>The following company types will need to provide a registration certificate:</p><ul><li>Private company</li><li>Section 21 (non profit) company</li><li>Public company</li><li>Incorporation (professionals)</li><li>Co-operative</li><li>State-owned company</li><li>External company</li></ul><p>If your company is a close corporation, you must provide a founding statement or amended founding statement.</p><p>If your company is a trust, you will need to confirm your acceptance by completing the
<a href="https://www.justice.gov.za/master/m_forms/J417_acceptance-trustee-eform.pdf" target="_blank">Trust as Trustee for All Members Form<i class="icon link-external"></i></a>. </p><p>If the company is a sectional title or body corporate, you must provide the identity document of the person acting on behalf of the group, with signatories. </p><p>If the company is a partnership, you will need to submit the partnership form (available in the document downloads section below). </p><p>Once you have registered, you can activate the conveyancing service through your e-Services account.</p><p>For more information, you can consult the guides below.</p>
