<p>Registered NPOs who submit a business plan will be considered for the operation and management of the Rust-en-Vrede Cultural Centre in Durbanville.</p>

<h2 class="sectHeading">Requirements</h2></span>
<h4>Your business plan proposal must include:</h4><ul><li>a detailed annual programme </li><li> products and services offered </li><li> operational strategy </li><li> an integrated sustainability plan (including the business model and operating budget)</li></ul><p>You may put forward a model in the business plan proposal that includes sub-letting parts of the Rust-en-Vrede Cultural Centre, however, all sub-leases must be reviewed and approved by the City.</p><p>The proposal must also explain how the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in the plan.</p><h4>Copies of the following important documents must accompany your business plan:</h4><ul><li>The organisation’s registration certificate </li><li>The organisation’s constitution </li><li>Management structure of the organisation </li><li>Certified copies of IDs of committee members and responsible officials </li><li>Latest audited financial statement </li><li>A valid tax compliance status certificate </li><li>Municipal account paid up to date</li></ul><h2 class="sectHeading">Submission period</h2><p>Submit your business plan from
