<h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2></span>
<p>Registered NPOs who submit a business plan will be considered for the construction, operation and management of the Muizenberg Safe Space facility. </p><p>The successful NPO will be responsible for funding and constructing a safe space facility of up to 60 beds on the identified site in full compliance with the City’s prescribed standards and requirements. Upon completion of construction, the successful NPO will be expected to operate and manage the facility for a minimum period of ten (10) years. </p><p>If your business plan is chosen, you will enter into a Facility Management Agreement (FMA) with the City, governing both the construction phase and the long-term operation of the facility. </p><h4>Facility details</h4>

Preference will be given to NPOs that already render developmental services within the locality of the earmarked facility and that have been registered as NPO’s for five (5) years or more.</p></div></div></span>
