Covid-19 provisions for advertising land use applications<h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Pre-application consultation​​​​​​​</h2><p> <a href="">Pre-application consultations </a>are still taking place, provided that all relevant parties are available to meet remotely, via Skype etc., and where minutes are recorded and signed-off. An email from the planner approving the minutes will be accepted.</p><h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Land use application notices</h2><p>The notification for all new <a href="">land use applications</a> will continue to take place where possible, provided that it meets legislative requirements.</p><h2 class="sectHeading">Notice to a person</h2><p>Land use application where a notice to a person is deemed applicable and previously issued by registered mail may also be issued by email. Where applicable, a case officer may contact you to confirm your email address or your business partner number and discuss the process for communicating.
