The correct application number is listed below.<br></p></div></div></span> <p>District office: <a href="http://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Forms%2c%20notices%2c%20tariffs%20and%20lists/TDA%20DM%20-%20Contacts.pdf" target="_blank">Cape Flats District</a><br>Application number: 70560249<br> Applicant / owner details: Joben Consulting (Pty) Ltd / Aneeqa Moosa.<br> Description and physical address: 5 Fourth Avenue, Grassy Park.<br> Submission period: 22 July - 22 August 2022</p><h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Purpose of the application​​​​​​</h2><ul><li>Removal of restrictive title deed conditions 3(a),(b), (c) and (d) from Title Deed No 51415/2018. </li><li>Amendment to the existing township establishment conditions in terms of section 42(j) of the MPBL. </li><li>Consent to permit an Early Childhood Development Centre accommodating 88 children and staff. </li><li>Following permanent departures: </li><li>Two carriageway crossings along Fourth Street in lieu of one. </li><li>Street building line from 5 m to 0 m (two carports) on Fourth Street. </li><li>Western common boundary - New classrooms setback 0 m in lieu of 3 m. </li><li>Eastern common boundary - Conversion of an existing carport/garage/outbuilding to classrooms and a reception room from 3 m to 0 m. </li><li>Eastern and Northern common boundary - from 3 m to 0 m to permit the conversion of existing outbuildings to a new second dwelling (to be used as an ECD). </li><li>Northern common boundary - to permit a new veranda to be setback 0 m in lieu of 3 m.
