Section 42(a): Rezoning from TR2, OS2 and CO1 to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zone to permit a residential township establishment. </li><li> 5. Section 42(d): Subdivision of the consolidated erf into 237 portions permit a residential township establishment. </li><li> 6. Section 42(e): Implementation of a subdivision approval in phases. </li><li>7. Section 42(u): To permit temporary housing in terms of Section 68 of the MPBL, 2015 </li><li> 8.
