Consolidation of land in terms of sec 42(f) for both properties concerned. </li><li> 2. Permanent Departure in terms of sec 42(b) to exceed permissible floor area by 8.9%. The additional floor area is less than 10% of the permissible floor area. Thus, sec 9 (2) of Schedule 3 is not triggered and only a permanent departure is required. </li><li>3. Removal of Restrictions in terms of sec 42(g) subject to Chapter 6 sec 48.
