For the subdivision of Remainder Erf 2224 (into Portions 1, 2 and Remainder) and Remainder Erf 2958 (into Portion 1 and Remainder). </li><li>2. For the consolidation of the proposed Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 2224, Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 2958 and Remainder Erf 8343. </li><li>3. For the rezoning of the proposed consolidated erf comprising Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 2224 from Single Residential Zone (SR1) and Transport Zone (TR2); Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 2958 from Single Residential Zone (SR1) and Transport Zone (TR2) and Remainder Erf 8343 from Single Residential Zone (SR1) to Subdivisional Area (for Community Zone (CO2) (a retirement village of ±105 units and ±34 assisted living units and a clubhouse), Open Space Zone (OS3) and Transport Zone (TR2)). </li><li>4. For the subdivision of the consolidated and rezoned erven to Subdivisional Area erf (comprising proposed Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 2224, Portion 1 of Remainder Erf 2958 and Remainder Erf 8343) in three individual erven. </li><li>5. For permanent building-line departures in terms of Item 49 of the <a href="http://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">Development Management Scheme</a> to permit setbacks of the 5 m building-lines along both street and common boundaries of the three resultant erven from the subdivision (and rezoning to Subdivisional Area) of the consolidated erf. The proposed building-lines vary between 5 m and 3 m along street and 3 m and 0m along common boundary lines. </li><li> 6.
