The MPBL,2015: To permit a free standing base telecommunication station disguised as church steeple on the property and comprising of:</li></ol><ul><li>A 21m Church Steeple type mast, </li><li>4 x 3-sector antenna, </li><li>Microwave dishes, </li><li>4 x Equipment containers, </li><li>2,4 m high Palisade fence.</li></ul><ol><li>2. Application for permanent departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the MPBL to permit the free standing base telecommunication station, equipment containers to be setback 0m in lieu of 5m from the south-western common boundary.</li><li>3. Application for amendment of restrictive title deed condition in terms of Section 42(g) of the MPBL to amend:</li></ol><ul><li>Conditions C(1) to read: “The Transferee or its Successors-in-Title shall only use the said land for the erection of the buildings for religious worship, community activities and free standing base telecommunication station, and for purposes ancillary thereto, and for no other purpose whatsoever”. </li><li>Condition C(2) to read: “Should the Transferee or its Successors-in-Title to the land use the buildings erected for religious, community activity and free standing base telecommunication station purposes for any other purpose whatsoever, or erect buildings for any other purpose except as set out above, the said land shall revert to the Municipality without any compensation being payable by the Municipality to the Transferee or its Successors-in-Title for any buildings, works or improvements which may be erected thereon.
