Application in terms of Section 42(a) of the MPBL to rezone Erf 3004 from Utility Zone to Community Zone (CO1). </li><li> 2. Application in terms of Section 42(f) of the MPBL to permit the consolidation of two erven, Erf 3003 measuring 1005 m² in extent and Erf 3004 measuring 186 m² in extent, in order to form a single entity erf. </li><li> 3.
