Application to Rezone the subject property in terms of Section 42(a) of the MPBL, 2015 (MPBL) from General Residential Subzone (GR2) to Subdivision Area Overlay Zone comprising of 28 portions to be zoned Single Residential Zone (SR1) and 1 portion to be zoned Transport Zone (TR2). </li><li>2. Application for Subdivision of the subject property in terms of Section 42(d) of the MPBL into 29 portions (28 residential portions and 1 public road portion). </li><li>3. Application for Council’s approval in terms of Section 42(i) of the MPBL for approval of a Site Development Plan (SDP). </li><li>4. Application for approval of a street name in terms of Section 42(u) of the MPBL to name the proposed public road, Pazuri Close. </li><li>5.
