The building will comprise of 12 storeys plus a basement and the proposed land uses include shops, restaurants, offices and flats. The following applications have been applied for:</p><ol><li>1. The consolidation of Remainder Erf 10712, Erven 10713, 10715 and Remainder Erf 14932 Cape Town. </li><li> 2. The Rezoning of Remainder Erf 10712, Erf 10713 and Remainder Erf 14932 Cape Town from Mixed Use (MU2) to Mixed Use (MU3). </li><li> 3. The Rezoning of Erf 10715 Cape Town from Transport Zone (TR2) to Mixed Use (MU3). </li><li> 4. Item 162 of the Development Management Scheme (DMS): City’s Approval to permit demolition and new building work in a Heritage Protection overlay Zone (HPOZ). </li><li> 5.
