To rezone a 55 m² portion of the property from Single Residential Zone (SR1) to General Business Subzone (GB1). </li><li> 2. Amendment of conditions of the previous rezoning approval relating to the envelope of the building, uses permitted, floor area, and on-site parking bays. </li><li> 3. Deletion of conditions of the previous rezoning approval relating to no bar being permitted on the property except for functions, and no speakers with amplified music or sound being permitted outside the building. </li><li> 4. Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the <a href="">Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> to permit additions / alterations on the property as well as a change in use within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone. The proposal is to permit a restaurant, place of entertainment in the form of a bar, conference centre, hotel and museum on the property. </li><li> 5.
