Ref 70550766 - Permanent departures and removal or deletion of restrictive title deed and land use conditions<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​App​lication details​​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p>District office: <a href="http://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Forms%2c%20notices%2c%20tariffs%20and%20lists/TDA%20DM%20-%20Contacts.pdf" target="_blank">Table Bay District</a><br> Application number: 70550766<br> Applicant / owner details: Elco Property Developments.<br> Description and physical address: 26 Railway Street, Woodstock.<br> Submission period: 26 November - 7 February 2022</p><h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Purpose of the application​​​​​​</h2><p>The development intention is to redevelop the existing solid waste drop-off and collections depot. The following land use applications have been applied for:</p><ol><li>1. Application for <strong>Permanent Departures</strong> from the <a href="http://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">Development Management Scheme</a> in terms of Section 42(b) of the MPBL, 2015, involving: </li><li>1.1. Item 68(d): To permit a portion of the proposed building to be setback 1,8 m in lieu of 3 m of the common building line to accommodate the new admin building. </li><li> 1.2. Item 137: To relax the on-site parking requirement to 18 bays on lieu of 62 bays required. </li><li> 2. Application for <strong>deletion of title deed and land use conditions from Deed of Transfer N.
