Ref 70549606 - Amendment of title deed restrictions and of conditions of an existing approval, rezoning and permanent departures<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​App​lication details​​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p>District office: <a href="http://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Forms%2c%20notices%2c%20tariffs%20and%20lists/TDA%20DM%20-%20Contacts.pdf" target="_blank">Southern District</a><br> Application number: 70549606<br> Applicant / owner details: First Plan Town Planners / N J Retief.<br> Description and physical address: 44 Upper Primrose Avenue, Bishopscourt.<br> Submission period: 1 October - 10 November 2021</p><h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Purpose of the application​​​​​​</h2><p>It is proposed to alterations to the existing dwelling house on the property. To accommodate the proposal, the following applications are required:</p><ol><li>1. Section 42(a) in terms of the MPBL rezoning from an Agricultural (AG) zoning to a Single Residential 1 (SR1) zoning. </li><li>2. Section 42(g) and 42(j) in terms of the MPBL to amendment of restrictive title deed conditions III.2, and VI relating to the distance of buildings and structures to the street and common boundaries and height thereof. The conditions will be amended to permit buildings and structures to conform to the common boundary setback and height as proposed. </li><li>3.
