The following applications have been applied for:</p><ul><li> <strong>1. Departures </strong></li><li>1.1. Item 22(d): To permit the portions (new passage) of the proposed building to be setback 0 m in lieu of 3 m from the northern common boundary. </li><li>1.2. Item 22(d): To permit the new swimming pool to be setback 0,23 m in lieu of 3 m from the northern common boundary.</li><li>1.3. Item 22(d): To permit the portions (new TV lounge) of the proposed building to be setback 0 m in lieu of 3 m from the southern common boundary. </li><li>1.4. Item 22(c): To permit the portions (new TV lounge / existing store / and existing lounge) of the proposed building to be 5,19 m in height in lieu of 4 m within 3 m of the southern common boundary. </li><li> <strong>2. Removal of title deed and land use conditions from Title Deed T67460/2016. </strong></li><li>2.1. Condition C.6A.I(b): Relating to number of dwelling units. </li><li>2.2. Condition C.6A.I(d): Relating to built upon. </li><li>2.3. Condition C.6A.I(e): Relating to street setbacks. </li><li>2.4.
