The proposal will also necessitate the amendment of title deed restrictions. The following applications are therefore proposed:</p><ul><li>1. Section 42(f) in terms of the MPBL to permit the consolidation of the property.</li><li>2. Section 42(a) in terms of the MPBL to permit the rezoning of a portion of the consolidated property from a Single Residential 1: Conventional Housing zone to a General Business Use Zone, Sub-zone GB1 to permit offices (for consular activities).</li><li>3. Section 42(g) to permit the amendment of title deed restrictions limiting the use of the property for residential purposes to be amended to include offices for consular activities.</li><li>4.
