Deletion of restrictive title deed condition E.2 from title deed number T18273/2019 which reads as follows: “<em>No more than one dwelling together with the customary outbuildings shall be erected on the said land</em>.” </li><li> 2. The following departures from the <a href="">Development Management Scheme</a>: </li><li>I. Item 22(c)(ii): To permit portions of the garage and outbuilding (storeroom) located within 3 m of the southern common boundary to be 4,698 m in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level. </li><li> II. Item 22(d): To permit the second dwelling to be setback 2,4 m in lieu of 6 m from the south eastern common boundary. </li><li> III. Item 22(d): To permit the outbuilding (art studio) to be setback 1,5 m and 2,4 m in lieu of 6 m from the south eastern common boundary. </li><li> IV. Item 22(d): To permit a garage and outbuilding (storeroom) to be setback 3 m in lieu of 6 m from Michael Storer Avenue. </li><li>V.
