Rezoning of the property from Single Residential Zone (SR1) to Local Business Zone (LB2) to permit a dwelling house and restaurant (shop and deli) on the property. </li><li>2. Council’s approval in terms of Item 141(1)(b) to permit vehicles to reverse across the sidewalk. </li><li>3. Council’s Consent in terms of Item 55(b) to permit a restaurant on the property. </li><li>4.
