The following applications have been applied for:</p><ol><li>1. <strong>Rezoning</strong> of Remainder Erf 1016, Erf 1017 and a portion of Erf 1020 (the portion currently known as Unregistered Erf 2602) Vredehoek from General Residential Subzone (GR4) to Local Business Zoning (LB2). </li><li>2. <strong>Consolidation</strong> of Remainder Erf 1016 and Erf 1017 Vredehoek. </li><li>3. <strong>Consent Use</strong> for: </li><li>3.1. Restaurant purposes (Remainder Erven 1016 and 1020 (Unregistered Erf 2602) Vredehoek; and </li><li>3.2. Business premises (showroom) on all subject properties. </li><li>4. <strong>Departures </strong></li><li> 4.1. Item 137: To permit 0 off-street parking bays in lieu of 16 off-street parking bays for all three erven. </li><li>4.2. Item 56(b): To permit a coverage for the proposed consolidated erf (Remainder Erf 1016 and Erf 1017 Vredehoek) to be 82,6% in lieu of 75%. </li><li>4.3. Item 56(b): To permit a coverage of Erf 1020 (for the portion of the split zoning) to be 91,1% in lieu of 75%. </li><li>4.4.
