5) Rezoning of the aforementioned consolidated property (11,68 ha in extent) from Agricultural Zone to Subdivisional Area for the purposes of General Residential (GR2), General Business (GB1) and Transport Zone (TR2).

6) Consolidation of Stellenbosch Farm 419/12-RE and Portion 2 of Stellenbosch Farm 419/11 (as created in terms of the abovementioned subdivision) into one Agricultural zoned land unit of 2 684 m² in extent.

7) Consent for “utility service” on the aforementioned consolidated property.
</li><li>
8) Permanent departure from the City of Cape Town <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> in respect of the subdivision of Farms 419/10-RE, 419/11, 419/12-RE, E 419/82-RE, 419/115 and 419/117 in order to allow for the creation of Agriculture Zoned land portions that are smaller than the minimum subdivision size of 20ha.

9) Permanent departure from the City of Cape Town DMS to allow for the proposed refuse room to be located at 0m in lieu of 4.5m from the Zevenhof Road boundary.

10) Approval of Site Development Plan for a gated development comprising of 875 residential units provided within 61 four-storey apartment buildings, together with a lifestyle centre accommodating a range of amenities for the residents of the development, as well as active and passive open space.
