Deletion of the following conditions contained in title deed T67423/1996: D.4.(a), D.4.(b), D.4.(c), E.(i), E.(ii), E.(iii), E.(iv), E.(v), E.(vi), E.(vii), F.(iii), F.(iv) and F.(v) relating to no subdivision, one dwelling only, building lines, residential purposes only, no electrical generating plants, manner of approval of buildings and structures, roads, trees, waste water, refuse and sewerage, erosion and stormwater. </li><li>2. Deletion of the conditions of an existing approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance 33 of 1934 relating to no subdivision, one dwelling only, and 9,45 m building line. </li><li>3. Subdivision of the property into two portions, i.e. Portion 1 ±5 746 m² and Portion 2 ±3 543 m². </li><li>4.
