To rezone the property from Agricultural Zone to Single Residential Zone (SR1). </li><li> 2. To delete title deed conditions F.4.(d), G.2 and G.4 in title deed T69002/2017 relating to street, rear and lateral building line setbacks, and the submission of building plans to Bishopscourt Estate Cape (Pty) Ltd and the local authority for approval. </li><li> 3. To delete a condition of an existing approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No. 33 of 1934 relating to street, rear and lateral boundary line setbacks. </li><li> 4. Council’s approval in terms of Item 126(b) of the <a href="http://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> to permit a retaining wall to be 4 m in lieu of 2 m in height above existing ground level. </li><li> 5. For the following departures from the DMS: <br> a. Item 22(d): To permit the storage tank to be setback 1,5 m and 3,995 m in lieu of 6 m from the western common boundary and Bishopscourt Drive respectively. <br> b. Item 22(d): To permit the retaining wall to be setback 0 m and 2 m in lieu of 6 m from the western common boundary and Bishopscourt Drive respectively. <br> c. Item 22(d): To permit the retaining walls to be setback 2,11 m and 2,545 m in lieu of 6m from the south-western common boundary. <br> d. Item 22(d): To permit the retaining wall to be setback 3,45 m in lieu of 6 m from Norwich Drive. <br> e. Item 22(d): To permit the outdoor toilet and wood store to be setback 2,8 m in lieu of 6 m from the eastern common boundary. <br> f. Item 22(d): To permit the dwelling house to be setback 3,275 m in lieu of 6 m from the eastern common boundary. <br> g. Item 136B(a): To permit the Bishopscourt Drive boundary wall to be 3,4 m in lieu of 2 m in height above existing ground level. <br> h. Item 136B(a): To permit the Norwich Drive boundary wall to be 3,935 m in lieu of 2 m in height above existing ground level. <br> i.
