B(6)(b): “It shall be used for the purpose or erecting thereon one dwelling together with such outbuildings as are ordinarily required to be used therewith.”<br> II. B(6)(c): “Not more than half the area thereof shall be built upon.”<br> III. B(6)(d): “No building or structure or any portion thereof except boundary walls or fences shall be erected nearer than 15 feet to the street line which forms a boundary of this erf nor within 10 feet of the rear or 5 feet of the lateral boundary common to any adjoining erf, provided that with the consent of the local authority an outbuilding not exceeding 10 feet in height measured from the floor to the wall plate may be erected within the above prescribed rear space and within the above prescribed lateral space for a distance of 40 feet reckoned form [sic] the rear boundary. On consolidation of any two or more erven, this condition shall apply to the consolidated area as one erf.”</li><li>Deletion of conditions of an existing approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance 33 of 1934. The wording of the conditions is the same as that in Item 1 above.</li><li>The following departures from the <a href="">Development Management Scheme</a>:<br> I. Item 22(c)(ii): To permit a portion of the second dwelling that is located within 3 m of the south western common boundary to measure 4,11 m in height above existing ground level in lieu of 4 m.<br> II. Item 22(d): To permit a second dwelling to be setback 1,09 m in lieu of 3 m from the south western common boundary.<br> III. Item 22(d): To permit the dwelling house to be setback 2,16 m in lieu of 3 m from the north eastern common boundary.<br> IV.
