The following applications have been applied for:</p><ol><li><strong>Departure</strong><br> 1. Item 22(d): To permit portions of the building (study extension) to be setback 3,725 m in lieu of 4,5 m from the street boundary.</li><li><strong>Removal of title deed conditions contained in title deed T 50930/1999:</strong><br> 2. Conditions I.F(2) and (3):<br><br> (2) That a space of not less than 4,72 metres in width be left in front of all lots fronting or abutting on the High Level Road, 15,74 metres, and the roadway marked. Thoroughfare. That a space of not less than 3,15 metres in width be left in front of all lots fronting or abutting on any of the three roads 12,59 metres.
