To subdivide Erf 98470 into 4 portions (portions 1 and 2 ±382 m² and portions 3 and 4 ±416 m²). </li><li> 2. To remove title deed conditions B.3. and C.(v) of T1156/2006 relating the street building line setback. </li><li> 3. To remove title deed conditions B.1. and C.(iv) of T1156/2006 relating to the number of buildings / dwellings on the property and one forth built upon area. </li><li> 4. Council’s approval in terms of Item 121(2) of the <a href="http://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> to permit the two proposed dwelling houses to be setback 4,580 m in lieu of 5 m from a designated metropolitan main road. </li><li> 5. For the following departures from the DMS: <br>a. Item 22(d): To permit the dwelling house on Portion 1 to be 1,5 m in lieu of 3 m from the southern and eastern common boundaries and 2,53 m from the western common boundary. <br> b. Item 22(d): To permit the dwelling house on Portion 2 to be 1,5 m in lieu of 3 m from the northern and eastern common boundaries and 2,53 m from the western common boundary. <br> c. Item 22(c): To permit the dwelling house on Portion 1 within 3 m of the western, southern and eastern boundaries to be 6.82m, 7.4m and 7,69 m respectively in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level. <br>d. Item 22(c): To permit the dwelling house on Portion 2 within 3 m of the western, northern and eastern common boundaries to be 6,82 m, 7,4 m and 7,69 m respectively in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level. <br>e. Item 22(c): To permit the dwelling house on Portion 3 within 3 m of the northern and western common boundary to be 7,365 m and 7,422 m respectively in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level. <br> f. To permit the dwelling on Portion 4 within 3 m of the southern and western common boundaries to be 7,365 and 7,422 m respectively in lieu of 4 m above existing ground level. <br> g. Item 136B(g)(bb): To permit the Milner Road boundary wall to be 0 % permeable in lieu of 25 %.<br>h.
