Deletion of conditions 1.B(b), 1.B(c) and 1.B(d) and 2.B(b), 2.B(c) and 2.B(d) in the title deed relating to the “one dwelling”, “50% built upon area”, and street and lateral boundary building line restrictions. </li><li> 2. Deletion of conditions of an existing approval imposed in terms of the Townships Ordinance No 33 of 1934 relating to the “one dwelling”, “50% built upon area”, and street and lateral boundary building lines. </li><li> 3. Consolidation of Erven 53789 and 53790. </li><li> 4.
