Item 114: To permit Portion 1 and the Remainder to be ±3 819 m² and ±3 896 m² respectively in lieu of 2 ha. </li></ul><p>Note that this proposal is not consistent with the Southern District Plan as Portion 1 and the Remainder is too small to support the keeping of horses.
