Alternatively, it can be viewed by clicking on the PDF attachment in the document downloads section below.</p></div><span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​App​lication details​​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p>District office: <a href="http://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Forms%2c%20notices%2c%20tariffs%20and%20lists/TDA%20DM%20-%20Contacts.pdf">Khayelitsha District</a><br> Application number: 1500154781<br>Applicant/owner details: Petrus Johannes Lerm on behalf of Urban Dynamics / National Research Foundation.<br>Description and physical address: 19 Old Faure Road, Forest Village, Blue Downs.<br>Submission period: 20 February - 20 March 2026</p><h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Purpose of the application​​​​​​</h2><p>The following applications are applied for in respect of Section 42 of the MPBL, amended 2025, in respect of Erf 41969 Blue Downs: </p><ul> <li>Section 42(o) of By-law: application for zoning correction in terms of Section 42(o) to illustrate the correct General Business Subzoning (GB1) and Limited Use Zoning (LU) delineation of the site. <br>Note: It is proposed that the correct GB1 zoning delineation should be realigned around the existing iThemba Labs’ facility and amenities.
