Item 109(b): To permit the pre-treatment tanks to be setback 14 m from Ottery Road. <br>b. Item 109(b): To permit the membrane building and silos to be setback 12,3 m and 12,8 m from the eastern common boundary. <br>c. Item 109(b): To permit the mini substation and generators to be setback 10.9 m from the eastern common boundary. <br>d. Item 109(d): To permit the membrane building to be 12,3 m in lieu of 12 m in height. <br>e. Item 109(d): To permit the Silos to be 17,85 m in lieu of 12 m in height. <br>f.
