The following application is required:</p><ul><li>

Council’s approval in terms of Item 126(a) of the <a href="http://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> to permit the ground floor of the outbuilding to be 2,38 m in lieu of 1,5 m above existing ground level.
