Alternatively, it can be viewed by clicking on the PDF attachment in the document downloads section below.</p></div><span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​App​lication details​​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p>District office: <a href="http://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Forms%2c%20notices%2c%20tariffs%20and%20lists/TDA%20DM%20-%20Contacts.pdf" target="_blank">Cape Flats District</a><br>Application number: 1500135800<br> Applicant/owner details: G Moses / N Isaacs.<br> Description and physical address: 9 Perth Road, Grassy Park.<br> Submission period: 9 May - 9 June 2025</p><h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​Purpose of the application​​​​​​</h2><ul><li>Application for the removal of the following restrictive title conditions contained in Title Deed No T67861/2008: <br>B.4.(b) It shall be used only for the purpose of erecting thereon one dwelling together with such outbuildings as are ordinarily required to be used therewith. <br>B.4.(c) Not more than half the area thereof shall be built upon. <br>B.4.(d) No building or structure or any portion thereof, except boundary walls and fences, shall be erected nearer than 4,72 m to the street line which forms a boundary of this erf, nor within 3,15 m of the rear or 1,57 m of the lateral boundary common to any adjoining erf, provided that with the consent of the local authority an outbuilding not exceeding 3,05 m in height, measured from the floor to the wall plate may be erected within the above prescribed rear space.
